Default X pipe + SC + no cats = ? power gain?

I'm thinking of treating myself to a X pipe in the new year..... As my car is ROW spec with no Cats as standard, supercharged and already has RMB fitted what sort of power gains would i hope to see? Basically would it be worth me fitting one, or should I just upgrade blower to stage 2?

You might get 20HP or so fitting an X pipe, but with an RMB it will be very loud !

Upping the boost will bring some useful power boost at a lower rpm than you get boost at presently.

Do non-cat S4s just have a dual in/dual out straight through muffler like the early cars? If so, you may not gain a huge amount of noise. If it's too loud just swap mufflers for the resonators or install a rear muffler.

The X-pipe will help now with stage-1 and will help later when you go to stage-2.

im with flying dog, i think you will love the new sound - it releases the v8 at higher rpm as well which will give a good improvement in power with both stage one and two. which x pipe are you looking at? i think the motorsports one looks very good, it may have a larger diameter than the uk x pipes which i think gives it a bit more.
