I'd suggest you look for a replacement... The solenoid is not seperately replaceable. You could atempt diassembly and cleaning but its difficult - keep replacement as the backup plan here.

Yeah, looks like all the parts sites sell everything as one unit. I'll have to buy a new one.

Thanks for all the follow-up. I am traveling during the holidays but it sure sounds like I need to invest in a replacement when I get to that project on my list.
