You do realize that now the rest of the engine needs to be spotles too.

After the headgasket replacement it's pretty clean. Black powdercoated fuel rails, coolant crossover, intake runners, many small other peices. Chromed thermostat tube, brake resevoir cover, polished coil, brand new coolant resevoir and washer fluid filler neck, stainless intake/exhaust manifold studs ,and the list goes on... Everything above the block has been replaced. I have no idea how much is in it and I don't want to know.

very nice
My vote is also that you paint & install the Porsche emblem; do not how you do that without damaging the chrome; maybe some heavy duty double sided tape?
BTW, I found silicon spray made it much easier to slide the little rubber sleeves up & down the arms. Then you do not need a lot of force which risks scratching the new finish.

Man, I would be scared to drive the car with that, because you know..it will only get dirty..looks really great. You now need a guy with a soft cloth to detail the entire engine every week.
