It looks like Dave's wing is installed to high on the hatch in my opinion......

if he removed the "S" spoiler, he could move the wing rearward and not look so out of place???

at any rate, Dave, if you're looking to part with it, let me know via PM.

The rubberized S4 wing. It's great for tailgating and really holds paper plates in a breeze. G

WOW, this looks exactly like the prototype pictures in "Project 928" where the 928 splashes through the water...

I want one!

again, i do like the TT wing on there. I am curious how its attached.

BUT, it looks like you may have an issue getting the key in the hatch lock? Or does it clear? It looks close.

I really never cared for the pre S4 cars, but i am really liking THAT OB. Very nice, the nice fat tires in the back sure dont hurt the looks.

I really like the GTS wing we put on my wife's '82... For our use of the car, its more for show than anything else, but I think it works well with the early rear cap. And yeah, I know... some of y'all think I'm a "heretic" for mixing and matching but what the heck, its my wife's car and it made her happy.

The key is close, but I shaved the plastic off the key and it clears fine. It was actually easy to mount using the stock threads on the wing, but to hard to explain. I trimmed the rear window trim with a dremel to clear the mounts and sent it to powdercoating. The wing is about to go to paint as well and there will be a thin foam strip to fill the lower gap between the wing and hatch. The "project 928" pic was the inspiration for this.

I love the s4 wing. I have purchased one for my 1983 928s. It looks like the s spoiler is attatched to the rear quarter glass trim. I am hesitant to start removing the spoiler b4 I have a plan for the wing. (using both looks kind on silly, sorry chris)

Porsche should have done a recall for all 928's and provided a color matching 87+ wing to cover all years. If anything, they look even better on the older body styles. I can't help but think "944" whenever I see a rubber spoiler.

Did I say that out loud?

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I like the look of chewy's wing but it looks a bit small. A wing is better than no wing. Still deciding which wing to put on my OB. Jason
