Initial estimate from insurance co = $2650.
Funny thing was about the inner fender liner. He couldn't believe that he had the correct part because of the price of around $400. He said that he had never seen a fender liner with a price like that. I didn't try to explain to him about small numer of '91 928s built, and that '91 was the only model year with that specific rear fender liner.

No charge for hit and run, because when the witnesses told them that they had their plate and were calling the cops, they decided to stay.
Re body shop. I have selected the shop. I am going to do a full paint job done right - the insurance money will cover about 40% of the total price of the entire job - about $6k with new seals / trim. She's going in on January 14th.
