according to the BJ website they are currently auctioning lot 382 and the GTS is lot 402. At 3 mins per car is should go at about 6:40 pm est.

It looks like the GTS sold for $27k...Barrett-Jackson has never been kind to 928's. We considered selling one of our GT's there but the 8% sellers fee and the 10-12% buyers fee is not worth it to us.

just got back from dinner, was the GTS on TV? They are on lot 414 and it was 402 and they are an hour into the broadcast..... Looks like the GT will be on LATE EST.

I went up to the 2006 Barrett-Jackson auction in West Palm Beach, FL and they had three 928s. MYs '81, '84 and '85.
They were back under the tents with sold stickers already on them, so I didn't get to see any go up on the auction block. That could've been fun!
IMHO none of 'em were exactly stellar examples, so I was amazed to find out later on B-J's website how much they'd sold for: $9,180 for the '81, $12,636 for the '84 and $18,360 for the '85. I'd say those POs made out rather well at the auction!
