I tried ordering two of these at NAPA and their catalog showed the the picture that you show...all metal. However, whent they arrived, they were largely plastic with some metal so I refused them. I then went to AutoZone, Checkers Auto and found the same. However, I have not checked with the Audi dealership. In short, I don't think the all metal hot water valve is now available from aftermarket guys unless they have an old one left on the shelf.
