78 928 diagnostics tools
Are any special tools needed for working on a 78 .I know I'll need one for the timing belt, and a set of manuals too. Wondering if there is anything else outside of the norm ? I am a mechanic so am equipped with about all I need for the standard things, although one can never have too many tools.
Thanks ,Shane

Only special tool I can think of would be a CIS fuel pressure tester. They sell for about $100, and nearly indispensable if you're servicing the fuel system.

Flywheel lock as JP says plus a Kemph tool to check the TB tension.
I already have a number of customers in NZ including the famous "Smiffy" - he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to 928's and is on your own doorstep.
PM or email me and I will put you in touch.
