Post time to paint questions

Had a nieghbor buy a new 90 GT. ARGH now I realize just how terrible my faded 78 silver 5 speed really is.
Found a shop that can do it. We talked about media blasting and disassembling alot of the car. Like front fenders, hood, both bumper caps, head light buckets, all the trim, lights and possibly the hatch and doors.
Is there a way to get away from the metal trim around the front glass and also the rear hatch glass? I would like to use something like flush window edges. Got to be a better way of eliminating the collection of water under the rear hatch window trim.
Also thought about getting different front bumper cover/air dam piece.
Since I hardly ever use the rear wiper I may just delete it like the GT models.

Don't know about window treatments, but can say that my '90 GT came with a rear window wiper. Is your neighbor's wiperless?
Cheers,
Donald

Guess you can order your Porsche any way you want. As I have no sunroof, Vinyl interior and Manual seats. So you see I am half way to a lighter car. Think I will delete the headlight washers too Maybe get a smaller washer tank. Now really why did they put such a large tank in there? is because people are to lazy to have it filled like once a year?
