Normy,
You maybe should have spent more than 1.37 seconds thinking about a stop leak. Things have come a long way. Check out this:

The stop leak has been demonized over the years because of this ceramic junk they talk about. I guess they must be using paprika now.
I'm willing to bet there are a lot of high dollar race teams running this stuff in their $100,000 engines that need much more cooling efficiency than a 928.

Dan, me thinks that was way hilarious - I'm still chuckling.

Ive used the stock radiator on the Holbert WR setting 928 race car with no issues, and my old part euro 5 liter race car for over 80 events. However, the black race car (79 928) was over heating during its initial shake down, and a devek radiator solved this. I think the devek radiator buys a little safety margin, and seems to be very well built. I just dont have one on the race car as the stock one has perfomed well up to 110 degree race days!!

I have an OEM radiator for sale. Purchased new 2 years ago. Only in vehicle for a few thousand miles. Made by Behr. Has oil cooler.
Small dent along bottom rail, nothing that affects reliability.
$500 plus shipping.
Many other parts from an 80 EuroS, 5 Speed for sale.
