Everyone who doesn't have a GTS thinks they are overpriced. We love the adulation!

This is a nice '90 w/some potentially serious mechanical issues. This could easily end up being a $12,000 "deal". You lost me. Are you comparing this with a hypothetical GTS with similar issues?

FYI, both links are for the same car??

Sorry, I thought I knew how to copy and paste. I would agree, the '90 is most likely no 'deal'. I have never seen a claimed 60k that looked that rough in the engine bay.
This is the GTS I meant to post.

A '93 GTS with weak rods and 97546 miles. It just might be properly priced.

Weak rods! Weak rods! The sky is falling! The sky is falling! Gimme a break.

It has no bids so maybe it isn't priced properly. Or maybe that is b/c it's in Stafford TX. Or maybe b/c it is black on black. Or thru a dealer, b/c well, it's a dealer. Or b/c the besides being a dealer, he doesn't know the car and has it listed as a 5.0 litre w/ little or no history. Or was too lazy to drag it outside and take some decent pictures. But I really don't think it is because of the rods.

LOL, I don't know what the deal is on it and I wasn't trying to give the GTS a hard time but it could be a good deal. I seriously doubt the rods have much to do with the pricing :-)
I am curious to see what this one goes for. I have a feeling it's as advertised and if I had room...

The cheap GTS has a junk title, salvage, they list the title as "other" to not scare off too many buyers.

Now, THAT will get the price down.

Whatever the hell that means, at the very least, you can assume the mileage is closer to 200,000 than 100,000.

I too, thought the GTS was too low priced, until what I heard this weekend......

Salvage title, FLOOD CAR, wrecked, bad motor, and I can't remember what else was wrong with it----OH, been on eBay 3 times and not sold.

Mmm.......didn't sound too promising.
