Post Relay Question:: Intens. Washer and Starting?

OK Gurus, yestererday I picked up the 928 from the shop I take it to for stuff I can't do myself (or don't feel secure doing). They did a timing belt tensioning, but while it was there, they had trouble getting it started at one point.

The solution seemed to be to replace the Intensive Washer Relay (XV in the panel of the '82). This relay is next to the fuel pump relay, but the technician was sure he replaced number XV. So, my question is: Is there AnY relationship in the wiring that would implicate this relay in a no-start situation? - Ruf
