Hi guys,
We are not planning on moving to Sedona any time soon. We are however looking to buy a second home and would very much like to retire there (since I'm a couple years from 50 it will be a while...) someday. Right now the Sedona market (and most of AZ for that matter) is a buyers market so there probably will not be a better time to buy.

As far as 928s go, I will most definitely have another GTS with a 5-speed again someday. We'll just have to see how the whole AZ thing goes. While I'm not in any big hurry, I do plan on selling the frog too. So, at that point I guess I will truly be 928less for the first time in 15 + years! I'm sure to have withdrawls of some sort.

John, that picture is disturbing.......

Straight through the heart. Ugh. Hope you find a buyer soon.

Good Luck with the sale, although it would be great to see the frog in the flesh.

Not to worry, the frog doesn't have enough miles to win(perhaps division but certainly not overall)......

Just playing. My car is clean but you never know until you get there. I brought my GTS to several events this year. The first 3 I did because I figured there would be little competition in the water cooled division and the turbo would have a lot of competition. We don't have overall winners.

To my chagrin my turbo would have taken first each time but the GTS had serious competition with a stunning '88 that had 18k original miles in a gorgeous gray color that looked almost white and unique burgundy leather interior. Very pretty car. I came in second by < 1 point each time. The last event I took first in the all water cooled devision by a landslide. I won this time because mileage was a consideration and this time it worked for me.

Still haven't decided which car to bring. The turbo is always a show stopper but it is a tougher category.

Chuck,

just to let you know that 1980 Euro #1077 is incorrectly listed as a Euro S with 4.7L 300hp engine.

it is not an "S" model, and has a M28/09 229 hp 4.5L engine.

Mileage was probably wrong as well----closer to 80K.

it now resides in my driveway for the past year or so.....

Yes, hopefully in a more timely manner than of late...... I will have another 928, I just want a break.
