Question about Texas Tickets.
Thats right, I got a speeding ticket. It was bound to happen. The sad part is I was not trying to speed when I got pulled over. Got cought at the top of a hill, and well, you know all about the 928's torque, right?
Anyways, what happens if the officer loses the ticket? I called the judges office, and the secretary didn't have any indication that I got pulled over. She didn't seem suprised. She even asked me to send in a copy of my copy of the ticket so they'd know I got pulled over.
Weird.
So what happens if she doesn't get a copy?

how long ago did you get the ticket?
you need to find out what the rules in tejas are as to how long te officerr has to file the ticket. here in WA, they have 2 days (note: NOT 48 hours). if they wait too long, you can have it dismissed...
