Default Looking For 1 Ignition Wire!

Hey Guys,

I was doing some engine bay cleaning on the car and accidently got some orange cleaner inside the ignition coil to rotor cable on the passenger side. I didn't notice it and when I went to put things back together this AM, the inside contacts on the cable are completely corroded! Word to the wise when dealing with orange cleaner and electrical contacts.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has a spare shorty laying around that I could get from you?
The wire set on my car is almost brand new so I definately do not want to consider replacing them.

you can email me if you like:

b2nomad/at/sbcglobal.net

Any help is appreciated!!
To fit a 1985s 32V of course!

Let me know if you don't find one, I think I have an old set off an S4 that probably has it, or one that would work.

I just had a quick look in the 'parts bin'.

I have new Nology 'coil to distributor wires' (they sent 2 pairs for some reason) that your welcome to if they'll fit.

Wow!

Thanx for the support fellas!
So many to choose from now.........
Its just one of the short ones that run from the coil to the distributor cap.
The one on the passenger side (maybe no difference?).
My car is an S3 but the S4 wires work just fine.

I guess since Big Dave was the first to offer up, I will take one from him if its ok?

Hey Dave,
Can you ping me via email at b2nomad/at/sbcglobal.net and I will forward you my mailing address?

Much appreciated fellas.....

Cheers
Bernie

Bernie: Let me check tonight to see if I have the actual coil-to-distributor wires. I know I've got the distributor-to-plug wires, but I'm not sure about the coil wire.

I'll let you know tonight.

Cool Dave thanx.

If any of you others have one sitting on your desk and ready to go, can you please ping me?
That way, Dave won't have to dig around............

Cheers
Bernie
