If it's mechanically sound, the price seems OK.
Downsides are the two dents, and the non-standard front-spoiler without brake ducts (to install those you have to update some brackets inside the fender; most owners don't seem to want to do this).
So, whether it's worth the price to a potential buyer really depends on what he wants to do with it. Is it going to be a driver, or should it be repainted and restored externally? In case of the latter, the above mentioned could be fixed easily. Someone who just wants to drive it, would likely not care...

that looks just like my old car with the exception that I had it repainted to a finish similar to my 88 , I painted the 79 Hellblau, Glasurit and it had over 179,000 and still going strong when I sold it in SC in 96. Dent doctor may be able to remove the dents in the fender and hood its soft aluminum
