Default Purchasing Experience With 928sRus

I have been a member of online forums for many years now, and without fail, if someone has a bad "business" experience/transaction they will post about it. Well, I wanted to take the time and let my fellow Porsche enthusiasts know that I had a FIRST CLASS business experience/transaction with one of our members....ROG100, the owner of 928sRus.

I needed a fender, turn signal, and hood for an S4 (among other small assorted parts) that I am in the process of saving. Roger was helpful, patient, informative, and encouraging. He had many of the parts I was looking for at prices that I was unable to replicate ANYWHERE, and the parts that he did not have, he was all too eager to help me locate. EVERYTHING I purchased was EXACTLY as described by him over the phone....this was particularly refreshing since I pulled a 10 hour road trip to pick up the parts. It was also helpful, since I am new to 928 ownership, that he is a top notch enthusiast. I just about died when I saw all of the 928s that this guy has!!! Seeing his collection definitely inspired me to continue my quest to save my S4.

Furthermore, he was full of information & advice that has already saved me time and $$$. It is guys like him that remind me why being a "car guy" is so much fun. If ever you need anything for you 928, give this guy a call. I promise you won't be disappointed...

Me too!

In fact, about $5500 worth of parts so far and I have yet to have a bad experience with any of our 928-specific vendors (928 International, SLC Motorsports, 928sRUs and 928 Specialists). We are extremely lucky to have vendor-enthusiasts working for us, and who interact with us here.

Excellent service from Roger...........prices are where they need to be also. We struggle with our friends in customs but thats with all packages crossing our border.

Despite the accent I thoroughly recommend good old Rog..............he doesn't understand me either.

Usually when you see posts like these, you brace for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was not a public "gigging".

I will echo what has been said, Roger is a true gentleman and represents with truth and accuracy. He has my support!

What are you guys talking about.
Roger's terrible.
Great parts as promised. Awesome prices. Quick shipping by Zane. Fantastic communication despite the accent.
Absolutely horrible experience.

I know what you mean. That is why I thought it was so important to start this thread. Roger is a stand-up guy, and I think it is just as important to post good experiences as it is to post poor ones. He is definitely at the top of the list in terms of my good experiences!!!

I only wish that he also sold parts for my 930!!!

I thought he is Scottish; with your handle you should know that?
He is almost English; just a few more hurdles to jump

Zane, faithful wife of Roger. Keeper of all things monetary at 928sRUS. Helps out with shipping, packaging, filing, dinner, beer runs, and of general good cheer. Glad to hear nice comments about a good vendor. He's overworked, so off to jolly-old for a bit bird-booming.

Zane is the exclusive inventory, packaging, shipping, logistics company that Roger has exclusive rights to.

She's a damn fine looking woman also.

Roger is a class act. My S4 is in pristine shape because of him.
