Well.... I am privileged to be able to call this guy my best friend and the darling Zane is dear to both my wife Linda's and my heart.

So, there is no question that in my book, Roger deserves every comment and then some.

But 4 pages of praise is not without problems. The Brit's head will never fit in the garage door ever again

Enjoy Rog, you deserve every bit of this

Paul

I have to add an international perspective, I've had several excellent Canadian experiences with Roger as well, he's a credit to the business!

Tis not the Garage door.
Will he be able to get his praise swollen noggin inside a 928 cabin ever again. Cause we all know opening the sunroof will do nothing but just ruffle his coiffeur.
(Anyone remember the James Bond movie with Jaws driving with his head out of the Merc's sunroof)

I'm in the middle of an HVAC Actuator refresh, and I'd like to recommend to others the large actuator diapragms that Roger supplies at a excellent price. They are a perfect fit and work beautifuly. If only Roger could supply the small ones as well, it has just cost me over $150 to buy two small actuators from Porsche UK - ouch!

Again I bought more parts from Roger. He is a top notch guy and an invaluable resource for all Shark owners. Jason

Roger,

Expect another call from me next week. I need that headlight lens, and those fog lights for my S4...

Pretty sure he's back.. sent him a parts order earlier in the week and got a reply same day. I also threw in an order my first non-maintenance part.. a short shifter

I've dealt with all 3 of the "new big three".. and I'd rate Roger as being at least as good as 928intl and 928 Specialists in terms of service, pricing and parts.

All three have their uses, and I like the fact that there are a few suppliers out there who actually understand these cars All three of them deserve community support.

Roger is back now, but let's not talk about his backside.

In fairness, I have to concur with the post which stated that we are lucky to have such great vendorS to support our cars. Pam at Specialists and Jim and Tom at 928Intl have always been first rate.

Roger is the best!

My S4 is alive because of him.

I ring from the UK to speak to him on a regular basis on technical issues!

I'll also conceed that I've had good service from 928 Int and Performance. Roger always gives me great deals on used parts and his 928 knowledge is out of this world!!!!
