Name That Part!!
This one will be easy, for all of you that is. It's under the engine on the drivers side. Is it a problem that the left wire coming out of it is frayed and missing some insulation?
Easy one...thats the "oil pressure sender " which sends two signals..one for pressure (which fails to a default of 5 bar all the time) & the other is the low pressure warning (which tends not to fail, but I don't know what its failure mode is?)
When you change it you will need a stubby 27mm wrench..& also change the ol thermo springs above it...they are cheap & should be on everyones list of things to do!

You could always cut the wires and splice in some new ones further back in the housing.....not that hard really......I had to splice in a new loop lead on my fuel pump.....the thought of soldering where gas had been leaking all over the place was not tempting...so i just used a crimp fit....works great so far!
