Both of those are the same fuse IIRC.

Looks from the chart like, as with my '89, the interior lights, hatch and tacho signal are all on the same fuse - so if the tachometer isn't working then michael's right.

Darn, the tacho is working fine.

I have a "clean CE" task on my list, and I'm hoping that I find a fuse or two loose, corroded, or blown.

After you get the critical stuff done (or while you're in between big jobs) check the "C" clips that retain the pop-up light linkage @ the motor (driver's side).
They're notoirious for popping off over time, and if both go, the motor arm will eventually work its way off the linkage and drive itself into the radiator the next time that you turn on the headlights.
I believe that this is unique to Sharks, so it's easy to miss.

Man, oh man, THAT is the reason that Rennlst is so good. A "feature" burns somebody, and this forum provides a mechanism by which other enthusiasts avoid being burned.
