Am reassembling.

I need an estimate of the thickness of the washer that separates the shoulder of the pivot bolt from the bearing of the tensioner idler pulley.

PET shows one on my 84 5spd, with an OEM number, but washer was not present on disassembly.

Judging from input/archives, its absence might cause belt tracking problems.

Would like to reassemble tomorrow, and I can machine one in lieu of waiting for an ordered part.

Can anybody help on this one?

23mm od, 8mm id, nominal 6mm thick ( actually, ~5.96mm) .... if it is PET item #12 you are referring to ...
