Just wanted to peek in here and say HELLO
While I have talked to a number of you, some on a semi regular basis my appearance here is NOT to cause additional turmoil as I respect your website and what it has to offer its members much as the Mustang communities I frequent. Unfortunately I don't have a lot to offer as I don't have ANY experience with Porsches

I sincerely hope I am not out of line for this intrusion, if this is the case I apologize.

I was made aware of this continued topic by a couple of you and found it to be alittle amusing. I just think it would be a nice jesture to utilize that other 50% NOT going to charity to pay back Mr. Morris's judgement which is to this day still outstanding.

If you mean an airplane when you say jet, for the sake of everyone on the ground, I sure hope you didn't do a supercharger installation on it.

Man, it took the guy nearly a year and a half to respond to Marc's comment. .....................................
I guess supercharger installations aren't the only things that can take a reaaalllllly long time for some people.

My guess is that with these cars, he was taking a long time, trying to do a really slick, really good job. Spending a lot of time and money on R&D. But he messes something up, and breaks a piston. So then he has to rebuild the engine, and a huge cost, and even more time. And tries to do it perfectly, so as not to have more problems. But by that time, the owner is screaming about the time and money involved, and wants the car back NOW. So he rushes it out the door, and even though the install looks good, when inspected closer, people see that there are many problems, etc...
bcdavis,

I do think it's kind of commendable of you to try to still give him at least some benefit of the doubt. I don't know about any of the other cars, but if I had to I'd guess that you never saw that black GTS though. I did personally see it between the time that the owner got it back from California and when he sold it. I never did talk to him about it or get all of the details, but after just a quick glance under the hood, I really felt sorry for the guy.

It's been mentioned that the car was returned to stock condition for the current owner. If it really is back in anything close to stock condition, I applaud the person(s)

who accomplished that.

Is anybody else wondering if maybe the "b" on his keyboard wasn't working when he typed "garagemahal"?
