Concourse Rules?
Recently I saw in a post that according to 'concourse rules' the Porsche Crest on the center cap should be pointed to the valve stem. Is there a list of all such rules somewhere?
No, I think it's just that the "Porsche Officianado's" do it. Bottom of crest pointing to valve stem.
They say................ that the odd shape of the crest counter weights against the valve stem to balance the wheel. Besides, it looks "neater".
Do NOT flame ME for this..just repeating what I hear a lot.

NY,
There I was...surrounded on one side,
It was them, or, me...
Do you show your sHARk?
Christ, I just wish the electicity would flow in the right direction.
I don't think I'm ready for the Medieval Korrectness of a Concours.
Good luck though if you are headed down that path.

It's an unwritten rule that some Concours judges may use to subtract a fraction of a point. Personally, I didn't envoke it. My main concern was if the crests were there, and how worn or clean they were. YMMV.
