uphill, deserted roads that would be good for tuning and testing a car at 200
mph, if for some reason a person was inclined to find the need?

Lucky for me the only car I run radar in has a fixed unit....the "handheld" units just sit in the basement collecting dust...

As for the long straight slightly uphill 200mph road......I sure can't think of one....maybe 150...but not 200.....

That'd be good for a 3rd gear run. Sounds interesting.

George....welcome the challenge of tuning for top speed!

I wish it were that easy...

But there is always I-5.......takes a lot of nuts to run that fast on a open public road....!!

Cheers and looking forward to seeing you in the "club" next year.

Looking forward to seeing you there! We'll also be running in the 140 class.

Tim, I assume you and Cheryl will once more be running in the wow-that-was-unbelievably-fast class?

I plan to come out this year. I'll grab a ride with Matt in May and run my car in SS in Sept.

George,

Does this mean that your car is sorted out and ready to run....really fast? We wish you well.

Harvey,

I'm getting the car smogged tomorrow, then I'll put the parts back together. I'm targeting
the Bonneville 100 in June as the first race with the new engine. I'm signed up for the
170 mph class with an unlimited tech limit.

We are going to try our hand in the 180 mph Class this year. I will be turning over the reigns to Cheryl after that. Are you coming out from the east coast for the event?
