Stan..I read Kie's post and it was not at all like you took it. I gathered that Kie dragged his feet and lost the deal...happens a lot...however your defensive stance in the above post says alot too...don't worry about it..deals go bad..it happens a lot...and from what Kie said...not your fault inferred or otherwise..
Plus..Kie didn't have access to his wheels...to get pictures or otherwise for a few weeks since his car was at our shop getting a bunch of stuff done. He picked it up last week and swapped on his new Cup IIs at that time...

You really shouldn't present me as some type flake who just changed his mind.
I told you I was ready to make the deal on 9/21
I asked you confirm they were 7.5 & 9s
You said you would have the wheels ready on Monday.
On Tuesday I asked for a status
You responded you had the wheels, they were 7.5s & 9s
You said you had local interest and wanted to try and sell them locally
(at this point I felt no obligation to the deal as you rescinded)
You told me you weren't trying to get me to pay more
On Friday you advised you were going to give the locals a couple more days
I advised I was no longer interested
Within a short time they were presented again on Rennlist as packed and ready to go
I guess a key question in my mind, is what happened to the local guys you wanted to give a couple more days to?
Perhaps even more interesting why were they packed and ready to go if you were going to sell them locally.
Sorry to the Rennlist folks who may think I am airing dirty laundry, but most important to me, is that people KNOW I am a stand up guy. I don't flake on ANY deals, I find the concept abhorrent.

It was not a big deal to me, and I certainly do not believe you backed out on me or in any way went back on your word. You made an offer and by the time I got around to accepting you had moved on. Happens all the time. Again, I was in no way trying to say that you are anything other than the stand up sort of guy.
Not that it matters, but did anyone else get the impression I was calling Stan a flake who backed out? Just curious because if so I'll have to reconsider my internet-speak and terminology.
In answer to your question, local interested party jcb928 is on the fence but no firm decision at this time. So back on the market they are boxed up and ready to go.

I didn't readit that way but things go on off the forum so you never really know the whole story. I figured their was a part I was missing. Anyways glad you guys worked it out

Thanks for all the interest via PM's and email. First in line we have John or Johan928 who has emailed saying he will take them for the price he and I agreed upon including shipping so they are earmarked for him awaiting funds.
If they become available again I'll let everyone know as I'd like to have the space back in my shop sooner than later.
