Smog Pump
I have purchased the Gates 6819 fan belt as directed by archive posts & have found that it doesn't fit--to small anyone else have any success bypassing the o2 pump and going straight from the fan to the camshaft?

For my 84' 928s a Gates 6821 21" fit perfect. FYI to others trying this at home. Thanks for the advice on using the long bolts to leverage the belt on. That is the only way to make it work that I can see.
