Question Windage Tray

Does the 1980 US come with a windage tray? I can't find it on the PET. I received a used oil pan with a broken windage tray. I just don't know if I need to order a replacement. Thanks!

The later windage tray can be added. I am presumung it is a thin piece of metal held down to the oil pan by four small bolts, correct? A photo would help...

I was told it was black plastic held in place by four small bolts. It sounds like my vehicle may not have/need one. We're just trying to gather all the parts before they start pulling the pan. Perhaps we can just remove the broken windage tray and use the pan I received. Thanks!
