I found a first edition locally, and don't need two.

Dust cover

$209 ($199 for Rennlist members) + shipping. Prices are getting ridiculous on these books, so I think this a fair price.

Nice condition but for the following. The grey hard cover edges have very subtle coloring from dust, top and bottom. Dust cover has small piece missing on rear, wear on top and bottom spine corners, small flaring of long edges; was folded over on inside rear tab.
