That cashmere carpet really looks sharp with the brown. Lightens up the interior & updates it too. My former shark has the full brown interior, would of liked to of seen it with the cashmere carpet. Now I know how it'd look.

That looks great. Nice work!

I'm changing from tan to cashmere in mine (hopefully soon). Does anyone out there have cashmere carpet with black interior?

Bump ... where did you get the carpet? Was it exact-fit, or did you have to modify, add binding, etc. to get that look?

Damn!

I'll be getting the first pieces of my newly refurbished interior today. Now I want to stop working and go sit in my driveway waiting for the UPS truck.

Thats Cashmere?

It looks too orange. I supposedly have cashmere in my car and was going to replace it, but thats not exactly the shade I am looking for. Who supplied the carpet?

Ryan,

I got a swatch (3 yards) of cashmere for my rear seat delete section from 928 Spec that looks like that. I plan to get the kit for the rest of the carpeting. I was surprised at how orange it looked too, but I think it looks better than the tan.

Check on Sterling's site for pics of his rear seat delete, he used cashmere too.

Huh,

I am not doubting you that THATS cashmere, but if that is i am not sure I would use that color for my interior. My current carpet dosent look like that. I like the color of mine now but I would love to buy some new carpet. I am sure my carpet has faded to a degree, but I dont really like that new cashmere carpet color. I am glad i found this thread, i will have to really take a better look at carpet before buying. I am glad i didnt buy a yard of this to fix only trouble spots, i had thought that it wouldnt match the older stuff and contrast, and seeing this it certianly would.

The carpet is gorgeous though, just not my ideal color.

I had thought that the cashmere was too orange also and went back with beige, but that does look really good with your new seats. I really like the french seams on your new seats!!
