Default Aftermarket undertray - what bits to save?

As the pics show my undertray has seen better days so i've decided to invest in a new aluminium replacement from one of the big 3. I take it i need to drill out the rivets and save the ducts for use on the replacement? Also, is it worth cutting off the rear duct and trying to secure it to the new undertray? What purpose does it serve?

I think the only thing you need from the questioned area in the rubber gasket that goes around the sharp edge of the inlet. You will definately need the other two cooling ducts.
