It all lies on the parents. Parents should teach their children proper car etiquette.....but here's the deal - Many (*) parents don't even teach their children how to hold a fork properly anymore!

Bottom line: Stick to car only events. Car people DO teach their kids car etiquette.

I was in New Bedford, Massachusetts at the Whaling city Festival with my Firebird and saw two five year olds jump up on side pipes which were on a Shelby Kit Car and broke the hanger for the exhaust. The owner came back and I didn't have the heart to tell him....he started the car up at the end of the show and drove a few feet..someone saw his exhaust dragging...and he blamed it on the ramp they had to access the grounds which went over a curb on the main street. Thought the clearance was too low..*L*.**** happens all the time...but..sitting on a hood is too much...
