Tim

I paid this yoda thru paypal. Filed the standard E-Bay fraud complaint. Thay e-mailed me assuring me that they were looking into it. That was a month ago.Haven't heard another word.Since the amount was only for $50.00 I wasn't going to waste a lot of time on it. However, there is a principle involved, and people must learn that there are repercussions to their actions, so the next time I'm in New Jersey, I might stop by his residence and explain principles to him. The principles of honest dealings with other people, and the principles of Ju-Jitsu when applied to the human body. But I'm NOT BITTER!!!!!

Now this is kewl!! A site to place a fraud complaint with the FBI. All you affected parties should submit a complaint here. It's even better for me, though because I got to list this as "international fraud". I think that this might be the place to make Marky-boy listen up.

Jack,

Amen to that brother.

I'm also thinking (beginners luck for me) with November news ratings coming up soon of proposing to the higher echelon of FOX News a series of Internet stories to included one, investigating fraud within the higher visited sites like, well, gosh, maybe EBAY and O’h, what the Hell, while I’m at it PayPal and that cozy little arraignment they have together of letting fraud slip threw corporate hands. I’ve talked to countless people these last few years as the internet has grown leaps and bounds about their concern over internet fraud, security of credit card transactions and/or loss of personal information.

While I’m at it, I might as well do a side story on those dating services like Match.com or Matchmaker.com…can’t blame a guy for mixing work and ahhmmmm…pleasure. Doesn’t it just bring a smile to your face when you can help out own kin folk.

What do you guys think? Boss says to come up with some rating ideas.

BrianG,

Thanks bud! I’m all over that site.

He sold to the highest bidder and ended the auction

The winner is emailing him to arrange to meet him at a mutually agreed time and place for the transaction to take place.

Subject to confirmation of this time and place I will ask my italian friend to give me the details so if anyone would like to meet this guy the details will be posted here for you guys, the feds or anyone else who feels they need to see him regarding his previous deals

In true 928 form, I have this mental image of "Guido, the killer pimp" taking Shakleford's glass egg and holding it hostage until he makes good on the Ebay rip-off's he has done.

Exclamation

Seriously though, in the glideslope radio auction, he offered to meet and demo the radio to any buyer. It would be a viable way to make contact.

Side note: the state of Texas has a site to investigate internet fraud. I reported him and got the standard "your report has been submitted" Not holding my breath, but doesn't hurt to try.

Steve..... post that website here, and the rest of us will lodge a complaint too. Maybe more complaints = more action.

Atty General info:

FYI for those who have been defrauded by Mark Shackelford. The TX Atty Gen has a form for internet crime, which includes commercial frauds.
That will also get you to John Cornyn's, the AG, snail mail: Office of Atty Gen, PO Box 12548, Austin, TX 78711-2548. The Dallas Dist. Atty is Bill Hill, Frank Crowley Courts Bldg., 133 N. Industrial Blvd., LB9, Dallas, TX 75207-43399. I recommend we send separate complaints that refer to the others. The more times his name pops up, the more likely a bureaucrat will recognize it and pick up the ball.
