He is referring to the tripometer reset button. But when you reset the tripometer while the car is moving there is a good chance it will fry the gear that spins the odometer, therefore stopping it at the exact moment and mileage you said s#1t !!!!!

 

Or...you can get normal plates and drive it till you bleed <img border="0" alt="[cherrsagai]" title="" src="graemlins/drink.gif" />
