There is one relay in center console. A bypass relay is cheap, should be repaired properly. This will shut down 4 cyls, not one.

Thanks...yes, this would be a quick fix, although I might be selling her and don't want to give someone frustration, but rather as great a car as I can! Looks good for emergencies, though, like it says!
