I found Ed!!! Roger hit it on the nose, a tough 24 hour slog home causes a sleepy attitude. That, and no upgrades. So much for Platinum on American Airlines. I had a busy trip, so I didn't have much spare time save for Friday afternoon. My new Mates Michael and Terry came down to Surfers Paradise for a couple of pints.
I did get a trip in Michael's right hooker (that just ain't right) to find a parking place. While he was monitoring his meter, Terry and I fraternized with the (useless) Meter Maids. Terry on the left, the "beyotch", yours truly, and the other maid who was more of the typical friendly attitude I found in the Aussies.
I hope to have more trips down to Oz, and will hopefully have more advance notice. Oh well, off to California tomorrow....
PS-I did drive my 928 first thing this morning, and put gas in her for the first time in 3 weeks.

It was great to meet up for a beer and a chat.
You're head must be spinning after the number of miles you've put in. Glad to hear you've recovered so quickly from the long haul. About 10 hours in most folks are looking for a parachute.
The photo looks good but I think its nothing to do with us. The Meter Maid's even have a home page.
Apparently we have Knights and Teamsters to blame for which side of the road everyone drives on.
