I don't think you can.

Without the O2 sencor, the comptuer doesn't realy know how rich or lean the engine is. As such, since you have the digital LH computer, the computer should innore the input, and run the engine off of the built in digial fuel flow maps. It runs it of the fuel flow maps when you higher throtal levels anyways. This is because the O2 sencor feed back is to slow, and can't react quick enough to keep the engine "safe".

No O2 sencer, and the computer SHOULD switch into default, and your car should run, but not as fuel efficent as with the O2 sencor, so I'm told.

Just a question, is the Oxygen Sencor, and the Universal O2 sencor sold by 928 intl the same? If so, that might be a 60.00 dallor replacement for the 125 dallor other one.

I'm not sure if this helps or not.

Angelo,
Call 928 International 714 632 9288, talk to Jim and ask him about a universal O2 sensor for your car. I can't remember exactly but I think it is about half as much as the regular one. You will have to splice it to the plug for your existing one but it shouldn't be that hard. I did this and it seems to work fine.

Ground the green wire to the sensor from the computer.

When grounded the computer assumes the oxygen sensor is not ready and ignores it, or on some years, believes that it is a euro, and does not have an oxygen sensor.

You should replace the sensor. The amount you save by not replacing it would be offset by the increased fuel consumption.
