Default Almost Done Replacing Fuel Lines-One More Question

I just got my fuel line kit from Roger and have almost finished the job on my 87 s4. It's not a bad job at all. The only non-metallic lines left that I haven't touched (and that I can see) are the ones going to the fuel cooler in the rear of the engine compartment. These are metal, transitioning to hose. The fittings going into the cooler look like brake line flare fittings. Should I disconnect these lines, cut off and replace the hose parts? I don't see any clamps where the hose transitions to the metal-just a pressed on sleeve. I assume there's a barbed connector underneath. It doesn't seem sensible to leave these on.

You need to replace those as well. Rmove the complete assemble and cut off the hoses. You will find barbed fittings underneath. Replace and clamp.
You can do the one on the front right in place if you like.
