Well, I stopped and looked. Both cars are well worn. One was from Texas and stated to be "rust free". It has had a re-spray as there is overspray in the engine comp. It is very clean in there though and a lot of the rubber and intake seals looked new. Intake was so clean it looked polished. Interior was trashed though.
The other car is from South Carolina, It was straight with a ten footer paint job. Headlight buckets painted gloss black. Interior trashed.
I'll keep going back to see if he ends up parting them, but they were in too bad of shape for me to want to tackle either for a driver.

The ratio with 928s is three to make one with generous donations to your favorite supplier.

I've always been a bit suspicious of parts cars as often they are beat, and it can be tricky to get any useful parts off of them. On the other hand, if you can get a good look at it you may be able to see what you actually need and make your decision then.
Just seems to many parts need to be reconditioned anyway, that it often makes more sense to buy new, or reconditioned. -Ed
