Tampa 928s

Replaced my motor and now the wipers are not correct what is the procedure to get this parking correct. There is an L bracket that is connected to the motor and wiper mecanisium. what position should the L bracket be in when connected to the motor. Roger says between 2 and 3 oclock there must be a correct way to do this?
Help I'm wiping my valance if I adj the blades they are sticking up 3 inches when parked.
