I Used the noid and now the car sounds amazing, I can actually hear my engine now (vs. low exhaust burble before) and the power is definitely better. A while back I posted a question about "free-revving" and how it seemed way to sluggish, that is fixed now. It was an original relay that had been taken apart and knocked around my some "mechanics" in the past.
