Default Thanks Guys! I'm Lovin it!

I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone (IcemanG17, Dr, Bob, etc..) for their help when I was buying the 88 S4.

Got the car back a few months ago from Greg Brown in Anaheim hills Ca, and can't seem to get enough of this car. I'm Lovin it.

Thanks again for the help in my decision, which turned out to be a great one! Glad I bought it.

The only bad thing is it is automatic and my wife wants to drive it......Aint gonna happen

Have a great week gentlemen.
Chris

Great!

Now ditch the Ferrari avatar and you'll fit right in.

Chris, You ought to let your wife drive the 928, once shes hooked you`ll have an enthusiastic audience for you to get you own 928 and of course it will be a 5 speed, I`m sure you could sell the F car to get a nice one, Stan

Chris--

VCR Wednesday. She drives the 928, you dust off the 348 and push it off the blocks. Pre-meet in Glendale for 7am leave at 2/134, then over to Calabassus.

If she drives it. She might just want one for herself.

Forgot who it was from Florida that bought a nice 90 S4 auto for the missus and she was just BESIDE herself with joy.

What color is the 348?

Not a bad idea. She might love it, then I can pursue the 95 GTS I wanted

The 348 is one of those rare colors..................

Chris
I know exactly how you feel......after mine was dead for a month with a broken fuel pump....I finally got it running and it runs better than ever!! Super smooth....I forgot how nice 928's drive...& driving one where everything works as it should is even nicer!! Were both really lucky to have nice 88 S4's

You should let the wife drive it.......then it becomes her fun car and you get a GTS....or look at that 1991 auto in coral red with 3900 miles I posted a week or so ago.....but personally I would go for a 5 speed GTS....just for collectors sake....so you could have the GTS collector and the 88 to drive!!

I still "kinda" looking for a 5 speed S4....

4-July only, special holiday edition. VCR Dustin posted the notice on pcars. No clue how many will show. But it's going to be a nice day, fireworks don't start til sometime after dark anyway. Good excuse for a drive and a visit IMHO, even if only 100 show up. Rolf R. has a car very similar to yours, more miles but brought up to date nicely. He'll be along. Others will chime in over the next couple days I'm sure. Maybe the population there will be low enough to get you and your car over into the front section instead of lost in McVons Land.
