'78-79 was available without AC in ROW markets at least. It another matter if this is one of those or not. It says AC in slider control and there is AC stuff in engine bay so it should have manual AC.

Green '79 being ex German car has M482 option which is labels in German language. I think it says Klima in panel so it had AC also from factory.

Or more precisely its not sunroof option car. Back then sunroof was option one had to pay extra for.

p.s. if the '79 gets $11k, that would be impressive.
ac was an option in 78-79, I have 2 sans factory air
personally I don't think it's worth $11k, needs paint, engine is dirty, higher miles etc etc.... due to interior condition I'd say it's a $7k car, maybe
