I will contact some of the local folks to see if they are interested in a "Lone Sharks" get together. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" />
Shouldn't be too hard to find some twisties, plenty of them out around the lake.
Let's see what we can come up with. <img border="0" alt="[jumper]" title="" src="graemlins/jumper.gif" />
I will start the leg work.

I inserted it into the message to see how it would be received, before suggesting it as the name for the group.
I'm always willing to accept credit/cash whatever.
Thinking might have to change my name to Wiley Coyote "Super Genius" <img border="0" alt="[hiha]" title="" src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" />

Yes and we all know what his record against the Road Runner was <img border="0" alt="[hiha]" title="" src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" />
How is the shark running Bro? We will have to get together sometime and see who has the fastest shark. <img border="0" alt="[cherrsagai]" title="" src="graemlins/drink.gif" />

I've maintained a list of Houston area 928 owners for the last few years. It also has some owners from other parts of TX. We've had a couple of gatherings as Donald mentioned earlier.
Last year there was some talk of an "All-Texas" gathering. I think it's a great idea, and I would vote for the Austin area as well.
I can provide whoever organizes it a list of email address to send invites too.

Austin sounds good to me too. Let's see what the local guys have to say.
Does anyone from Texas plan to go to Sharks in the Mountain? If so, it would be nice not schedule both events at the same time.

SITM is May 16-18 (for those who would have to look it up, like me). The following weekend is Memorial Day. Is the plan to show up at a restaurant, or something more involved?

Wow, you don't read the list for a couple of days and you miss out on everything! I've been so busy getting the 79 back together, I haven't taken any down time to read the list or watch the War. Fired her up about Midnight last night. Only problem is that the cam housing bolt hole covers are pretty stiff (24 y/o rubber) and leaking a little oil on to the exhaust manifolds. Still have to do the finishing touches on the pod and dash. I did finally get the Speedhut gauge lights installed. Count us in too, just had an employment change. No more weekends or evening overtime(yeeehaaaw).

Bro, you are out of your league if you think you can take my Shark! You better bring lots of duct tape, to put your car back together... <img border="0" alt="[bigbye]" title="" src="graemlins/xyxwave.gif" />
Hell, I have 100 less pounds of weight in my car and thats just the driver. <img border="0" alt="[burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />
