Question Anyone tried EBC pads on Big Reds?

As some of you may know, I run Big Reds on FAT BULLY (Compensators and diagonal braking are disconnected.)

I must say I'm really dissapointed after trying EBC pads. The front ones only lasted 30 laps on the track and there's very little feed-back on the pedal.

They offer 3 grades - Road, Road & Track, or Track only. I used the Road & Track ones. EBC pads should be exeptionally good at over $160 per pair and the local agent, 'BRAKE-OUT' claims they are just as good as Pagid or Bendix, but I have my doubts.

However, I don't wanna flame them. Not yet anyway. The local agent replaced them with 'Track' pads at no charge and offered to come to the track with me to monitor temp and wear.

...A nice offer but I still have my doubts and I'm wondering if there is any comparitive testing on brakepads anywhere on the web?

Any advice would be appreciated.
