Post Sunroof cables

Does anyone know how the sunroof connects to the cables? My roof has been closing incorrectly and I was able to figure out that the drivers side cable was not connected to the roof. There is a pin on the end of the cable that hooks into a 3 in long plastic adjuster that also controls the height of the roof. After getting the pin back behind the adjuster my roof is still not closing all the way on the drivers side. It is not lifting the last 1/4 to 1/2 inch. The cable on the passenger side looks to be a little bit further back on the adjuster. There are 4 screws on the adjuster. The first and third look like they control the sunroof height. The second one adjusts something else. Then there is a brass screw by where the cable connects. Does anyone know what these screws do? Is the brass one for adjusting the cable? Do I have to pull the whole thing apart to connect the cable correctly?

Thanks
