signal/wiper stalks to go with extended hub wheel?
Ok, I've got an extended hub wheel on it. A little odd at first, but I'm really starting to like it. A quick search shows a thread about the stalks being farther away, but doesn't sound like there was a factory set of stalks that went with the extended wheel.
Anybody work something out with this? I know I"ll probably get used to it, but it would still be nice to have them closer.

You probably have Campy stalks. The Shimano stalks can be adjusted in for womans hands.
(inside joke for bicycle racers)
I had a bent turn signal on my 80. Removed the stalk cluster and was able to bend the control arms with my hands. It wasn't easy. you could easily put one end in a vise with soft jaws. Just dont try to bend it on the car, I'm sure the mec would'nt take it.

I have the factory ext hub wheel and it is listed on my window sticker.. a $45 option. I find the location of the stalk controls awkward. I did get used to it after a while... but after driving my dailey driver a few days and then getting in the 28, i find i have issues with the location of the controls. so to answer your question, no the stalks were the same unless mine were changed, but i dont think so, especially for only a $45 option
