Default Remote Oil Filter mounting

Front Fender? bad idea?

I was looking at carl's oil filter sandwich since I know I will need to buy the OEM oil lines for the radiator loop, but with these, I am just buying -10 or 12 line and mounting the cooler where I want it.

BTW - carl has some interesting stuff.

But what about a remote mount cooler and a filter, like mocal/canton stuff.

Does anyone know of sandwich that has a complete ina dn out to mount the filter somewhere else?

Is the end of the sandwich stack a bad place to leave the oil filter? Oli hoses that aren't there will never leak, never be in the way, don't cost anything. Run just the external cooler and you only have two oil lines.

KISS has been a good guideline for me.
