WOW, I don't really like the colour but it sure looks tidy! But there are some things that makes me wonder if it's not better in the pics than in reality..

But the way of converting the body to look like an S4 looks nice, I wonder it it's OEM parts..

BTW, anyone who knows if and where the big box replacing the cassete box between the seats are available?

That car is/was obviously owned by someone who didn't have a problem throwing bucks at it. There are quite a few upgrades. S4 bodywork and rims. It appears that the seller doesn't know what he has because there is no mention of any upgrades anywhere in his description. This could possibly mean a low reserve unless he thinks the car is still worth 30+ K.....

There goes those itchy fingers again.

Wow..looking at that last pic..I finally figured out what the heck that threaded hole is for on the lower a-arm mount....It's the engine shock mount on the older cars..!..cool..another mystery solved...

So, when did Porsche quit using the engine shock?..

Later,
Tom

Interesting... S4 bodywork is worth more than the current bid. Wood steering wheel? No sunroof or at least no sunrood switch. Whoever owned it last must know that it's not worth the 7 or 8K they could get for it. It's on e-Bay for a reason...- Ruf

Looks like someone is pumping the bid.
There is a bidder with a negative rating driving the bid way up. It went from 2500.00 to over 6000.00 in a couple of hours. Sucks because the dude probably won't pay up anyway. Will be interesting to see where it goes.

When I was looking for a car 5 years ago that car or one similiar to it was on the market. I remember the color. Would be interesting to run a car fax on it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
