Question 34.5k for a SWEET 87 928S4 Track Car

This is by far one of the nicest 928 track cars I have ever seen. Does anyone know anything about the vortec SC installation?. It's running 5 pds of boost. It's a little deep (who am I kidding, extremely deep) for my pockets.

I'm curious about what happened with this car. Tilo was racing it frequently. Then I heard there were engine problems. Did he just decide to get out of the racing hobby? Too expensive? Is he building another car? What happened? Why is it being sold?

In no particular order ....Tilo sold the car couple years ago , sold his business , got divorced ...the engine needed to be rebuilt at least once by at least one subsequent owner . It is very powerful could be a bit lighter weight . The 35 k is a fraction of the $$$ spent on the car . In POC PCA racing it must run with the big dogs $100,000 - 200,000 race cars . A weekend at the track costs thousands of dollars . It is probably a bargain IF you were considering building such a car .
