Great!! Please submit more information as you can. I'd like to know about how your car was built if possible. Engine...suspension....etc. 1st place ain't bad is it? Wow! Your car has to be rock solid to have done all that.

So lets see.....at SATL this year we will have the Beast, 6.5L stroker stock intake-brains 515whp.....certified 200mph & Louies new 6.5L stroker, ITB intake-motec 584whp......basically both motors are quite similar....just with different brains-intake.... 928SS & his stroker will be there too & with BillB putting his S/C back on (hopefully).....theres gonna be some serious 928 HP at the lake!

Okay I feel inadequate with my stock S4 & RMB.....but at least my paint is shiney!! :>)

IMHO there is less difference between Bills car and a stock 928 than there is between the Beast and Bills car. It's that fast.

Anders......Damm......I really need a ride now....Bills car (pre-intercooler) was fast.....about as fast as my friends 98 Viper GTS..... I figure the beast is faster than the 2006 viper I got a ride in at thunderhill that had 575hp....

Louies has got to be wicked fast too......both cars weigh about the same....& have huge power....the difference between 515whp & 584whp sounds like alot.......but its not like a stock S4 at 270 & Bills at 350whp....a 30% increase vs "only" 13% between the monsters......

I NEED MORE POWER

I'm quite sure Louie would win in a standing mile. Increase that to 3 miles and the result would be different. Two different intended purposes. Both great cars

Tim, you and Cheryl make me proud! Well done!!! Can't wait to catch up in person.

Welcome to the club!

Although Toms and my intake "only made" 550 rwhp with the stock fuel system on your engine, I think the revision will hit 600, with MOTEC. Plus I learned a trick for the stock intake...If we can make it work, that might be worth 30-50 rwhp!

Two out of three of my high horsepower "children" will be at SATL! Too bad Hansons 928 is no longer on the west coast.

Cheers!
Marc

No kidding ..." Increase that to 3 miles and the result would be different." Mr Ott would be bouncing off his rev limiter !

Yes it is.....Zero to 168mph in about......What? we're already there? Tim let off the throttle, and the car actually felt disappointed. It really wanted to keep going. And it feels absolutely glued to the road at that speed.
